Write My Tender - Terms and Conditions

Effective Date: 16 July 2025

By purchasing the Write Your Tender service from Future Proof Projects Ltd, you agree to the following terms:

1. Payment & Booking
Payment is required in full at the time of booking. No work will commence until payment is received.

2. Service Inclusions
Each service tier includes:

Basic ($395 + GST):
– 30-minute discovery call
– 1x custom-written sustainability/environmental section (Word + PDF)
– 1 round of revisions

Premium ($595 + GST):
– All of the above, plus:
– Guidance on supporting documentation
– Reusable “sustainability story” template
– Priority delivery (within 2–3 business days)

Additional revisions or extras may incur a further fee.

3. Timeframes
Estimated delivery is 3–5 business days for Basic, and 2–3 business days for Premium — from the time all required information is received.

Delays in providing tender documents or business information may result in delayed delivery.

4. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and timely information about your business and the tender in question. This includes any sustainability actions or relevant documents.

5. No Guarantees
This service supports you to submit a high-quality, tailored tender section. However, Future Proof Projects makes no guarantee that your tender will be accepted or awarded.

6. Ownership & Use
Once final payment is received and deliverables are sent, you have full rights to use the content. Future Proof Projects may reference anonymized examples in future promotional materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

7. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the fast turnaround and custom nature of this service, no refunds will be issued once work has begun. If you cancel before work begins, a partial refund may be considered at our discretion.
